Key Focus Areas:

• Data-driven transformation: Establishment of a new data tool for regular internal reporting, supporting efficient decision-making in transformation processes. Improved greenhouse gas accounting in line with the GHG Protocol is being gradually implemented across the group. A transformation concept for greenhouse gas neutrality has been defined for the headquarters.
• Performance recognition: Broetje-Automation improved its score in the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) climate protection questionnaire for the third consecutive year. Preparations are also underway for the EcoVadis rating to ensure independent evaluation, increase transparency and build further trust with business partners.
• Sustainability in practice: Ongoing implementation of strategic measures in climate action, resource efficiency, social responsibility, and governance, reflecting the group’s comprehensive sustainability approach.

The Sustainability Report 2024 provides a detailed overview of these activities and progress. It follows the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, ensuring transparent and verifiable communication. We are looking forward to the third year of reporting and measurements taken to improve the overall sustainability of our operations.
